Probe Group was founded with the launch of Probe CX, its first customer experience brand, marking the beginning of a journey dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Early growth and service diversification

Probe CX grew to 300 employees, expanding its service offerings to include collections, field services, insurance assessments and contact centre services.

The 1990s marked a period of strategic partnerships, including a divestiture to Chubb. This decade also saw the launch of a new Security Division, demonstrating a commitment to exploring new avenues for growth.

The 2000s witnessed significant growth, key milestones included the acquisition of Chubb shares, the divestment of ING Equity and the launch of operations in the Philippines.

In the 2010s, Probe Group entered the broader business process outsourcing (BPO) market with further workforce expansion across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. By acquiring Salmat and Convai, we significantly expanded our contact centre capabilities.
