Our story

Founding of Probe CX
Probe Group was founded with the launch of Probe CX, its first customer experience brand, marking the beginning of a journey dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Early growth and service diversification
Probe CX grew to 300 employees, expanding its service offerings to include collections, field services, insurance assessments and contact centre services.

Strategic partnerships and new ventures
The 1990s marked a period of strategic partnerships, including a divestiture to Chubb. This decade also saw the launch of a new Security Division, demonstrating a commitment to exploring new avenues for growth.

Global expansion begins
The 2000s witnessed significant growth, key milestones included the acquisition of Chubb shares, the divestment of ING Equity and the launch of operations in the Philippines.

Broader market entry
In the 2010s, Probe Group entered the broader business process outsourcing (BPO) market with further workforce expansion across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. By acquiring Salmat and Convai, we significantly expanded our contact centre capabilities.

Accelerating growth through acquisitions
Probe Group experienced significant growth through strategic acquisitions, including MicroSourcing and Beepo, expanding its offshore outsourcing capabilities in the Philippines. The acquisition of Stellar, an Australian-based recruitment agency, further strengthened our talent acquisition offering.

Navigating the pandemic to deliver exceptional CX
In 2021, Probe Group demonstrated its resilience by providing exceptional customer experience support to clients navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Acquired by KKR
In 2022, Probe Group was acquired by KKR, a leading global investment firm, signalling a new era of growth and expansion. This year also saw the acquisition of Innovior, a digital transformation organisation.

Shaping the future of CX
Today, Probe Group employs over 19,000 people globally, delivering a comprehensive suite of end-to-end service offerings, including CX strategy, real-time speech analytics, conversational AI, outsourcing and digital transformation solutions.
