In this role, Rowena will spearhead Probe CX’s government strategy, focusing on strengthening and expanding partnerships with government agencies across Australia. Rowena brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving impactful outcomes within the public sector. Her executive background spans 20 years of driving strategic growth and transformation within major global organisations, including FTSE 250 listed Serco and ASX listed Qantas.
